2. Silk Pillowcases: Well, Cotton pillow can be rough to your delicate skin. There is no slip on a cotton pillowcase, so it tugs on our skin while sleeping. If we use silk pillow, there is slip on it and this is enough to avoid tugging and avoid those uneasy sleep lines on your good looking skin.
3. Apply Hand and Foot Night Cream: Most of the girls wash their hand many times a day but they don’t wash their foot. Well, this is a good habit of washing your hand and foot before sleep and applying shea butter cream on your foot and massage gently. This will make your skin soft and gentle. Just do this every night and see the magic.
4. Comb Your Hair: Pull up your hair in a loose ponytail or make a loose bun at night to keep off the oil of your hair from your face.
5. Apply Moisturiser on face: Before going to sleep to apply moisturiser on your face. It will help to keep your skin fresh on next morning. Use a good quality or as per your skin type moisturiser. Don’t use low-quality moisturiser or any other cream.

7. Drink 8 Glass of Water Daily: Dehydration makes your skin dry and rough. This can be avoided if you drink proper water daily i.e. 2-3 litre water every day. Water helps to keep moisturiser in your skin.
8. Get Some Shut Eye: Your body cells do their most of the work on a night like repairing and rebuilding while we are sleeping. Sleeps increase the level of melatonin, which acts as an antioxidant which fights with age spots and wrinkles. So take a good and comfortable sleep so next morning you will feel fresh and look beautiful.
